After an order is placed it will process within 24-48 business hours (note: most orders will ship same day if placed before 11:00 am PT.

Disclosure and Expectations

 Typically we ship domestically with USPS in order to make shipping affordable. (During the Holidays we ship mostly with UPS to ensure deliveries better) The downside is that there is limited tracking with USPS. We advise you allow a week (starting when you receive the first notification that your order shipped) for delivery before reaching out to our team with inquiries. You will likely only get two notifications of delivery tracking: shipped, and delivered. We ask that you understand that we do not deliver the products and so do not have control or the best insights to the whereabouts of your package. You can check the status of your packing with the tracking email you will receive. Ultimately, we will ensure you receive your order, we have no intentions of cheating any of our precious customers! ◡̈  

Delivery errors are rare, but because they exist we recommend that you purchase shipping insurance in case of loss or mistake by USPS or any other 3rd party logistics company. You can elect for insurance during the checkout process. See the reference below.


Returns/Exchanges
We are happy to offer returns and exchanges within 30 days.

Please note: Sales on international orders are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We are sorry but its too expensive. We will ensure you get your order! We have happy customers all over the world.

If you are not satisfied with your bookish item, we will be sure you get a refund. Please make your request within 30 days of delivery.

But if you got a defective item, or have a misunderstanding, we may implore you to give us a second chance, because we believe our goods are remarkable and enjoyable, and we want that experience for you!


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please provide your order information in the email.Upon accepting your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We cannot do custom orders at this time, but we value your suggestions as they help us plan our new release schedules!

After time and use, our wallets gets softer and more flexible. It's sort of like a pair of shoes. When I choose a new wallet, I like to create a crease in the spine by opening the wallet and placing the inside center of the spine on the edge of my kitchen counter. I push it down to literally crease it down the spine. This helps soften the spine. Then when the wallet is closed, I like to pinch the edges on the spine to bend it a bit more, and pinch all around the sides of the wallet to soften the edges and corners as well. I tend to do this every time I take my wallet out, because I like them extra soft, like a well used novel. Don't worry about it coming apart, tearing or ripping. If they do start to fall apart, let me know, because that means it's defective. I am very rough on my wallets when "breaking them in" and I've never once had one break on me. International Shipping

Brief Disclosure for our international friends. Thank you for your patience with your international order. It's either painfully expensive, or painfully slow.

Depending on where you live it is possible that we will ship your order through a consolidation partner so that you don't have to pay obnoxious shipping prices. That means that your package will first go to a consolidation center in California, then it will be rerouted to you. Thank you for your patience, we appreciate you!

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. In most cases, you will see the customs fees built into the pricing.

It's possible that your international tracking may end upon arriving to your country, this is because international courtiers pass your order onto local courtiers who have no way of reporting tracking updates. So if your package appears frozen, or doesn't meet expected delivery times, you may have to inquire with your local shipping courier to release your package from their possession.
To do this we recommend you visit the courier and present valid identification and proof of purchase.
